Miss Annelise...I didn't forget you!

I didn't get a post on here on Annelise's birthday.  We were in Illinois and I didn't have a good opportunity to get a post up.  So now it's time to honor my beautiful, oldest daughter.  

I'm a little shocked that she is 8!  (Am I really old enough to have an 8 year old?) 

Some days her maturity blows my mind. 

She is such a big helper and her younger siblings adore her.  

Although she has the privilege of being the oldest child...she has also been my guinea pig these last 8 years.  She didn't come with a direction manual....so I have been winging it along the way.  I have tested many of my parenting theories on her.  Luckily, she is very forgiving. 

 She has made my life full these last 8 years.  I adore her!
