Hooch

Although we found out earlier in the year that Alaina was allergic to Hooch, it's not until last week that we decided that he can not live in our home anymore. We are all very sad about Hooch leaving. Hooch was Ben and my first child. I surprised Ben with Hooch as a birthday present over 9 years ago. He is a gem! He was Annelise's best friend before Alaina came around and he has been so good and gentle to the additional children we have brought home. If he didn't shed or poop....he is perfect. I'm sad for all of us, but most of all Jonah. He will never get the companionship of Hooch that the rest of us have had. It seems wrong to me to have a little boy grow up without a dog......but it is what it is. We have not yet decided for sure where Hooch's new home will be, but whom ever ends up with him will be a lucky family! We will miss you Hooch!
